Please review our booking guidelines before scheduling your appointment

BOOKING POLICY

To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before booking your appointment:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit
  • A non-refundable deposit of N30,000 is required to secure your appointment.
  • Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
  • Deposits must be paid within 30 minutes of receiving the payment details, or you run the risk of losing your preferred slot.
  • If you wish to reschedule or cancel, a new deposit will be required. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • This deposit goes toward the final cost of your service.
2. Payment
  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment.
3. Hair Prep Requirements
  • There is no requirement for your hair to be prepped however takeout, wash and any required services would be at additional cost which should already be discussed during consultation.
  • Scalp detection and treatment also available at additional cost, please seek info during consultation.
4. Age Policy
  • We do not service clients under the age of 5.
5. No Extra Guests
  • Due to limited space, extra guests are not allowed during your appointment.
6. Punctuality
  • A N15,000 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
  • If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
  • Early arrival is advised
7. Style Selection
  • Styles cannot be changed on the day of your appointment.
8. Home Service
  • Home service can be arranged and cost is provided during consultation.
9. Hair Extensions and Accessories
  • Prices do not include hair or styling accessories. Please consult beforehand to discuss any additional requirements.
